1. Stainless Steel Plunger Pump: The hydraulic end is made of 420, 304/316/316L stainless steel, or duplex stainless steels such as 2205 and 2507. These pumps are suitable for mildly corrosive environments and are ideal for livestock farming, deodorizing spray systems, seawater desalination, and boosting non-corrosive media.
2. High Temperature Plunger Pump: Featuring a hydraulic end made of 304 stainless steel or nickel-plated brass, these pumps use high-temperature resistant sealing materials and metal check valves. They are designed for clean water applications with temperatures below 90°C.
3. Chemical Plunger Pump: Customized according to the medium being transported, these pumps offer high corrosion resistance and excellent stability. Available hydraulic end materials include duplex stainless steels 2205/2507, nickel-aluminum bronze, Hastelloy, and titanium alloys, with sealing materials selected to match the chemical properties of the medium.
4. Coolant Plunger Pump: Specifically designed for the operating conditions of the machine tool industry, these pumps are corrosion-resistant, low-noise, and highly reliable.
5. Disinfectant Spray Plunger Pump: Developed for specialized disinfection applications, these pumps are corrosion-resistant, highly reliable, low-noise, and feature a compact structure.
6. Ultra-High Pressure Plunger Pump: Primarily used in water jet cutting, pipeline testing, and other ultra-high-pressure applications. These pumps provide ultra-high pressure and long service life, with operating pressures ranging from 80 to 300 MPa and power ratings from 11 to 132 kW.
