The DBV Series Industrial Plunger Pump is a high-pressure crankshaft-driven pump featuring a horizontally opposed six-plunger configuration. It is designed for high-pressure, high-flow industrial applications such as oilfield water injection and steel descaling. The pump’s core structure consists of two symmetrical sets of three plunger assemblies arranged on either side of the crankshaft. The horizontal opposition design balances crankshaft forces, reduces vibration and noise, and enhances operational stability. Additionally, the multi-cylinder configuration significantly increases fluid delivery capacity. The pump provides a stable flow range of 160–305 L/min and operates at pressures between 9–17 MPa.
