The Motorless Wind Blowing Fog Cannon consists of a wind barrel, support frame, fan blades, rotating shaft, spray rod assembly, gas spring assembly, base assembly, and an optional automatic oscillation mechanism. High-pressure water injection generates thrust to drive the fan blades at high speed, which propels the fine mist sprayed from the nozzles over a long distance. By using high-pressure water as the power source to rotate the fan blades, the system converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy, eliminating the need for an additional motor to drive the blades and thereby achieving energy savings.
An optional electric oscillation mechanism (available in 12V or 24V) enables automatic left-right rotation around the axis with a maximum swing angle of ±65°. The electric push-rod mechanism allows the barrel to tilt up and down between its maximum elevation and depression angles. A remote controller can start or stop the cannon’s oscillation or lock the barrel at any angle within the oscillation range.
This product can be used for dust suppression, cooling, heating, disinfection, and spraying applications. The system offers a flow rate range of 13–30 L/min, a maximum pressure of 27 MPa, and an effective spraying distance of 15–30 meters.
