DBN Series Industrial Plunger Pump

The DBN series industrial plunger pumps feature multiple connection types, making them compatible with a variety of power sources. The crankcase is precision-cast from high-strength alloy cast iron, while the crankshaft is forged from high-strength alloy steel to ensure sufficient material strength. Stainless steel and duplex steel options are available. High-performance ceramic plungers are used, offering excellent hardness, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The dual-seal system, combined with inlet and outlet check valves, ensures efficient operation of the hydraulic end. Various accessories can be connected to the pump head, providing a stable flow range of 130–330 L/min and a pressure range of 13–30 MPa.
