TERM OF THIS WARRANTY:
Our company warrants to the original purchaser who uses the product in a consumer application (personal, residential or household usage) that all products covered under this warranty are free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. All products covered by this limited warranty which are used in commercial applications (i.e., income-producing) are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase.
The warranty will not cover the following repairs and equipment:
Normal Wear: Pressure washers need periodic parts replacement and servicing to perform well. This warranty also does not cover normal maintenance such as air filter replacement, adjustments, fuel system cleaning, and unclogging (due to chemicals, limescale, dirt, and so forth).
Installation and Maintenance: This warranty does not apply to equipment or parts that have been subjected to improper or unauthorized installation, alteration, or modification; misuse; negligence; accident; overloading; overspeeding; improper maintenance, repair, or storage—all of which, in our judgment, adversely affect its performance and reliability.
Other Exclusions: This warranty excludes wear items such as quick couplers, seals, and O-rings; pumps damaged from running without water supply or without oil; and malfunctions resulting from accidents, abuse, modifications, alterations, improper servicing, freezing, or chemical deterioration. Accessory parts, such as guns, hoses, nozzle extensions (wands), and nozzles, are excluded from the product warranty. This warranty also excludes used, reconditioned, and demonstration equipment, as well as failures due to acts of God and other force majeure events beyond the manufacturer’s control.
