DBT Series Industrial Plunger Pump

DBT Series Industrial Plunger Pump combines a multi-plunger design with crankshaft-driven operation to deliver a high-performance positive displacement pump. The coordinated reciprocating motion of five plungers ensures efficient fluid suction and discharge, offering stable high flow, adjustable pressure, and the capability to handle complex media. It is ideal for high-pressure applications such as industrial cleaning, mining transportation, and large irrigation. The crankcase is precision-cast from high-strength alloy cast iron, while the crankshaft is forged from high-strength alloy steel to ensure sufficient material strength. Stainless steel and duplex steel options are available. High-performance ceramic plungers provide superior hardness, wear resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and corrosion resistance. A dual-seal system, combined with inlet and outlet check valves, guarantees efficient operation of the hydraulic end. Various accessories can be connected to the pump head, maintaining a stable flow range of 800–1100 L/min and pressures of 0–12 MPa.
